1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain products (such as intimate items, perishable goods, or personalized products) cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@superbigsale.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@superbigsale.shop.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
